Does Tote Ready deliver in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati?+
Yes. Tote Ready is based in Union, Kentucky and serves local moves across Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. Delivery and pickup are included within 40 miles of Union. Locations 41–60 miles away add $45, and the maximum service radius is 60 miles. We confirm eligibility using both service addresses.
What comes with each rental?+
Your chosen tote quantity, fitted lids, the listed number of dollies, delivery and pickup within 40 miles of Union, Kentucky, and a 14-day rental period. Locations 41–60 miles from Union include an additional $45 service charge.

You’ll receive confirmation using the contact information entered during booking. We’ll review your dates, addresses, bundle, equipment, and route details. If anything needs clarification before delivery, a Tote Ready team member will contact you.
What size are the totes?+
Our heavy-duty storage totes have a 27-gallon capacity and measure 28.6 inches long by 19.6 inches wide by 15.2 inches high. Each tote includes a water-resistant, lockable snap-fit lid with tie-down channels.
Can I keep the totes longer?+
A single 7-day extension may be available if requested at least 48 hours before pickup. Extension pricing ranges from $45 to $125 depending on bundle size and inventory availability.
What happens if a tote is damaged or missing?+
Normal scratches and washable dirt are included. Missing, destroyed, or intentionally retained totes with lids are $15 each; damaged or missing lids are $8 each.
How clean are the totes?+
Every returned tote and lid is inspected, cleaned, sanitized, dried, and checked before it returns to inventory.
What if I’m not ready at pickup?+
Please contact us as early as possible. A missed pickup may include a $35 route fee plus the applicable 7-day extension because the inventory remains unavailable.
